Ana was my project manager for a content writing project. She managed 5 writers with ease and always stayed remarkably on top of organizing. Her communication is clear and prompt, and it must be said, she showed remarkable empathy when we changed the goalpost more than a few times. These projects can be stressful! She created SOPs and a strict timeline that I can honestly say was the reason we managed to finish the tasks on time.
